We produce locally, responsibly and respectfully.
From the very beginning, 95% of our pieces have been produced in Europe, primarily in Portugal, and our production facilities have continued to grow and evolve alongside us.
Each season, we actively seek to improve our production processes in order to create minimal environmental impact without compromising on quality. From the early days, our European production has been Oeko-Tex certified and since 2018, we have worked with our partners on GOTS certification to ensure our process is eco-conscious throughout, from raw materials all the way to our packaging, which is made from potato starch and compostable. This certification also guarantees fair working conditions throughout our supply chain, with a zero-tolerance policy for chemical or dangerous products at any stage of our production process.
We continue to work actively to reduce our environmental impact whilst maintaining the highest levels of quality, in order to offer items you’ll love forever. These values translate into small but meaningful daily habits as well: our store lighting is turned off outside of opening hours, and all our employees are provided with reusable water bottles to avoid single-use plastic. In addition to these everyday efforts, we also limit unnecessary product transport as much as we can.
In 2016, we opened our own French embroidery atelier, which produces all your personalized items.
Our locations are also equipped with embroidery equipment for speedy and seamless in-store customization. Going forward, we hope to finish more than half of our embroidered products within France and on-demand, in order to limit the risk of dead stock and to deliver your orders as swiftly as possible, whilst also reducing transport distances.
