Salomé Ludaescher Ricomard, founder of the Salomé Rico jewellery brand, opens the doors of her home in Montreuil. Bright and joyful, her home is just like her: a warm place where you immediately feel at home. The colourful decor is carefully and warmly decorated, with a whole host of souvenirs, exceptional motifs and unique objects. She and her husband renovated the house three years ago, turning it into a heaven of peace that they now share with their two children, Orso and Uma.
She has had a passion for jewellery since childhood, attracted by colourful, vintage jewellery and a world rich in charms. When she created her brand just over 4 years ago, her ambition was clear: to make a living from her passion and offer jewellery that was different from what was available on the market. To be worn alone or in combination, often inspired by the animal world and mainly in yellow gold, her collections are in the image of Salomé, sunny and daring.

Driven by this love of jewellery, it seemed obvious to her to embroider the word “jewels” - an instinctive choice, even if she hesitated with “bijoux”; English simply seemed cooler.
Very expressive, Salomé has always been at ease with words. She grew up in an environment where freedom of expression and ease of communication were part of everyday life.
