DELIVERY AND RETURNS
Orders placed on our website are prepared within 24 hours and shipped the same day if placed before 12:00 noon (except weekends and public French holidays).
Orders for personalized products are embroidered within 5 days (except weekends and public French holidays).
In order to stay updated on the the progress of your order, you will receive a confirmation email once your package has been shipped along with your order’s identification number. Delivery times are given on an indicative basis, as we cannot be held responsible for any delay due to the third party courier service.
Standard Delivery in France :
Colissimo Standard requiring proof of signature delivered 3 to 4 days after dispatch.
Metropolitan France and Corsica excluding DOM TOM: 6,5€ VAT included.
This shipping charge is free for purchases over €100.
In case of absence, your package will be delivered to your local post office indicated on the delivery notice left by the driver in your mailbox.
Express Delivery in France :
Colissimo Express requiring proof of signature delivered 1 to 2 days after dispatch. Metropolitan France excluding Corsica and DOM TOM : 9,5€ VAT included
This shipping charge is free for purchases over €150.
In case of absence, your package will be delivered to a secure relay point indicated on the delivery notice left by the driver in your mailbox.
Delivery to the European Union :
UPS delivery within 2 to 3 days after dispatch : 15€ VAT included.
This shipping charge is free for purchases over 150€.
Click-And-Collect/ In-Store Pick-Up :
Order available within 1 to 2 days after dispatch. We will inform you by email when your order is ready for pick-up.
Pick-up is free of charge at the Maison Labiche shop located 5 rue d'Aboukir, 75002, Paris.
Delivery to the rest of the world :
DHL delivery within 2 to 5 days depending on the country, once the order has been shipped.

For deliveries outside the European Union, customs charges may be applied and are at the customer's expense, with the products charged ex VAT.
Delivery is free for purchases over €200.
Have you received your order and one or more products do not suit you?
You have 15 days from the date of receipt to request a refund. We do not proceed with exchanges.
The articles must not have been worn, washed or damaged and must be returned in their original packaging, in perfect condition for resale.
Customized products are made upon personal request, they will neither be taken back nor refunded.
We therefore advise you to take the necessary time when choosing your article and message.
How do I return my package from France ?
Returns are free of charge in Metropolitan France and Corsica.
1. Go to your "my account" area and select "orders and returns".
2. Then select the corresponding order and in this order the product (s) you wish to return then click on the button "request a return".
3. Your return request will be sent to us immediately and once processed you will receive an email with a Colissimo return shipping label.
4. Prepare your return package with the items to be returned along with the delivery note and or invoice which will allow us to quickly identify your order number.
5. Print your return label and deposit your package at the nearest post office.
How do I return my package if located outside of France?
Returns made from outside France are at the customer’s expense.

How long can I expect a refund after sending my package?
Reimbursement will be made within 14 days of receipt of your returned item(s) and automatically to the account associated with the credit card or to the Paypal account that was used for payment.
You will receive an email confirming receipt of your products and reimbursement.
Is it possible to return my item in store?
No, for any internet order, returns are to be made exclusively to the address mentioned above.
How do I proceed if my article has a defect?
