We are pleased to offer you the 'Try before you buy' service for a unique and privileged shopping experience.

This service enables you to order your items, try them on for free at home and only pay for the ones you decide to keep.

You have 5 calendar days after receiving your items to try them on at home and select the ones you prefer.

Personalized items, lingerie, swimwear and Archive Sale are not returnable or exchangeable, and will be charged in any case at the end of the 5-day trial.

In the event of a return, we will provide you with a pre-paid return label and you will only be charged for the items you keep. Return shipping fees are free!

Try before you buy: how does it work?

The "Try before you buy" service allows you to order your items, try them on for free at home and only pay for the ones you decide to keep.

1. To enjoy this service, simply choose Elyn when making your payment.
2. You will receive your order without being charged.
3. After receiving your order, you will have a trial period of 5 days to try your items at home.
4. At the end of your trial period, you will only be charged for the items you decide to keep.
5. You then have 3 business days to send back the items you wish to return.

Personalized items, lingerie, swimwear and Archive Sale are not returnable or exchangeable, and will be charged in any case at the end of the 5-day trial.

How do I pay for my order?

In order to complete your order, you will be asked to fill in your payment details but you will not be charged.

Your bank account will be debited at the end of your 5-day trial period or once you have indicated the items you wish to keep.

For security reasons, Elyn submits a pre-authorisation request to your bank to verify your payment details. Your payment details are fully secured and 3D Secure by the payment provider Stripe.

How does my trial work?

Your trial period starts the day after you receive your order.

You then have 5 calendar days to try on your items and choose what you wish to keep and return.

Before your trial period expires, you can access the returns interface to select the items you wish to return.

If you do not return any items by the end of your trial period, we will assume that you wish to keep all the items you ordered and you will be charged the full amount of your order.

This service allows you to try on your items as if you were in a shop's fitting room.

The returned items must not be worn, washed or damaged, and should be returned in their original packaging, in perfect condition for resale.

If not, they will be refused and you will be charged.

Which orders are eligible?

To use the Try Before You Buy service, the total amount of your order must not exceed €600 and your delivery address must be in Metropolitan France.

Only Visa, Mastercard and bank cards issued in France are accepted.

Prepaid, virtual, systematic authorization cards (e.g. Maestro, Electron or Revolut) and American Express are not accepted for the "Try before you buy" service.

How do I return an item?

Nothing could be easier! To proceed to a return, you just have to log in into the return interface. You can access it via:

2- The link included in the confirmation email of your delivery.

Select the items you wish to return and confirm your return.

You will receive an email containing your return label and you will have 3 working days to drop off your package at the Post Office.

If you do not return the parcel within the time limit, you will automatically be debited for the amount of the items to be returned.

The returned items must not be worn, washed or damaged, and should be returned in their original packaging, in perfect condition for resale.

If not, you will be charged for the items and they will be sent back to you at your expense.
